I have had my P2000SK DA ]Double Action[ 40SW for over a year with 2000 plus rounds. New or reloads it has fed all and never failed to feed or fire. The DA model has no safety - it has a long steady pull for the first shot or you can cock the hammer for light trigger pull. Perfect for concealed carry. Fits well in my medium sized hand well and has a crisp report when your fire. The HK does not have the muzzle flip that my full size springfield XD full size 40SW has. This is my first HK and it has become my favorite 40SW pistol out of 5 I own. Thinking of getting the P2000 Compact in 40SW since I love the 2000SK. Try this gun - give it a chance and it will impress.

got the hk p2000sk in .40S&W brand new with a low profile laser and upgraded tritium night sights included in the price. have probably put close to 1000 rounds through it and it shoots low and to the right at 20 plus yards. the sights are fixed which sucks, but all in all, this gun is amazing. very easy to conceal and have not had a malfunction yet, and i mostly shoot reloads and it still shoots good. stays relatively clean and is one of the easiest guns i have ever taken apart. i would recommend it for any moderate to advanced shooter
