this revolver is one of the finest guns i have ever bought in this price range. it is smaller than a J-frame, but don''t let the size fool you!!! i can hit a pop can at 100 feet, most the time too. that is because i have made my own rear sight, and i know how to aim. at first, i could not hit the broad side of a barn if i was inside of it. however, if you use two hands and grip nice and tight, you will have a much easier time hitting stuff. i have done a few things to maximize my accuracy too! i have chamfered the cylinder mouths, polished the bore to a mirror shine, and lowered the tall sight in addition to adding a rear sight. now i have turned a small vest pocket pistol intended for use within a few feet to something that is decently accurate! for the caps, Remington #10 caps work great, and fire reliably. you want to use Triple Se7en FFFG for the propellant, it burns very well in the short barrel. i would say with a compressed load of 7 grains i am getting about 1000-1200. haven''t tested it with a chronograph yet but i will do that soon. this is actually faster than the cartridge version of this pistol, my guess why is because the powder is better in shorter barrels than the stuff they load in .22 Magnum cartridges. this is a great little pistol! i like to take mine when i go to the woods as a snake gun. cleaning is a breeze. remove the nipples from the cylinder, put those into some window cleaner, then run some hot water down the barrel to clean out the gunk. follow that by a few cotton swabs. you can put the cylinder in the dishwasher too! however, the wife might not be too pleased by that. you can clean out the precisely machined grooves with an old toothbrush and wash the cylinder in very hot water then use Q-tips to dry it. use the toothbrush on the inside of the frame, and then use it to clean the firing pin. you can clean that by setting the hammer in the fired position and using a toothbrush to scrub away all the gunk. then you can use a drop of Hoppes oil to keep it all protected and functioning as flawlessly as it did coming out of the package. so, this gun is more reliable than the cartridge version, more powerful, more accurate if you trick it out like mine, you can get it in the mail, and it is outstandingly well made. i recommend this handgun 110 to anyone looking to get a well made, American made, solid handgun. and for the price it is, what a deal!!! you even get some cool accessories and a free case with a lock and key for it! bottom line, best value for the money. this puppy is not leaving my nightstand. beware though, once you get one gun they tend to stick to you like magnets!

Other than my hex key missing when I received this beauty, I would have to say this is the best C/B blackpowder experience I could have asked for out of a revolver. Shoots well, but needs bullet grease on the ends once loaded. Powder is important to get a good experience. Stick to 777 and don''t make your loads too full, you''ll get some good FPS power with this combo - avoid Pyrodex RS and even P if you can get 777. If you so have to go with RS or P, make sure you use a full scoop and P is better than RS. Order an extra cylinder send off that warranty card. Avoid #11 Mag Caps because they don''t sit on the nipples right and make it difficult to seat the cylinder in place. Do not use Bullseye powder - it can crack the cylinder with a full load of the 2.4gr ].3cc[ Lee scoop NAA sends out with this thing. Remington #11 caps are supposedly the best to use with the Super Companion Mini, but some shooters like #10''s. And oh yes, clean this baby after each use. Enjoy! ]Thanks TGS[

The workmanship on this gun is great! You would expect to pay double the price for such fine fitting and solid quality. There are all kinds of cool looking grips available for these Mini-Revolvers and some great holsters. With all the different holsters and Folding Clip Grips Your carry options are endless.
