I bought a ca32 from cobra for self protection. After I got it, the gun would not cock never was able to shoot it.I called Cobra and spoke to a guy named Hiram he told me it was the firing pinsaid he would send me one and I would be able to change it out with a ball point pen.I thought yea right! Well he sent it and talked to me and my husband over the phone and my husband was able to change the firing pin within a couple of minutes, just as he promised me. Now the gun shoots great and I would reccommend to anyone to buy anything from Cobra. If you have a problem with their products they are there to help you, I''ll buy from them again in the future no problem. C.J.
